Bawumia meant well but had no power over certain issues as Vice President — Franklin Cudjoe

Political commentator and Founding President of IMANI Africa, Franklin Cudjoe, has said former Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia had limited power to influence key decisions while in office.
