Army Chief warns soldiers over ethnic targeting following Khor Khaltan attack

The South Sudan People’s Defence Forces (SSPDF) has ordered all soldiers to stop ethnic targeting, stating that anyone who picks out civilians based on their background will face disciplinary action.
