Tyra Fenton captured gold in the Under-17 girls’ 100 metres at the 53rd CARIFTA Games, winning a photo finish after she and The Bahamas’ Jazae Johnson both clocked 11.30 seconds at the Kirani James Athletic Stadium in Gr
