Nine-year-old drowns after trying to retrieve ball in St Elizabeth tank
ST ELIZABETH, Jamaica — A nine-year-old boy is suspected to have drowned in a tank at his home in Long Hill district, St Elizabeth on Thursday. Police named the deceased as Samuel Clarke, a student of Goshen Primary.
