President Mahama reacts to Lincoln University's honorary PhD withdrawal

President John Dramani Mahama has reacted to Lincoln University rsquo;s decision to withdraw a planned honorary PhD award to him over concerns related to Ghana rsquo;s proposed Human Sexual Rights and Family Values Bill.
