IGP special operations team arrest 19 at drug hub ‘tinker island’

A total of 19 individuals have been arrested following a targeted operation by the Ghana Police Service Special Operations Team at a notorious drug enclave known locally as ldquo;Tinker Island rdquo; in Kumasi.
