Report: Palestinian killed, several wounded after IDF soldiers fire at vehicle during West Bank pursuit

Footage from the incident shows vehicles traveling away from what appears to be a military checkpoint or inspection post. An eyewitness told Haaretz that occupants exited the vehicle after shots were fired.
