‘We’re not complacent’: Tropical Cyclone Narelle predicted to cross WA coast as ‘severe’ storm

Narelle moved off the west Kimberley coast overnight and moved out into the Indian Ocean, where it is again picking up steam before it continues its track south towards the state.
