IDF: Man killed near Lebanon border struck by army shelling, not Hezbollah fire

The IDF's Northern Command chief said the incident, in which Misgav Am's Ofer Moskovitz was killed, involved 'several serious operational failures and errors in both the planning and execution' of Israeli shells fired.
